Ulrich Fancy Kat
A very quiet, calm and sweet natured mare that is
non-
confrontational. She is easy going and likes to
get along with the other horses and submits to most of
them. Fancy Kat has been a brood mare all of her
life and carries on the Ulrich tradition of easy going
temperament and willingness to please. Her Dam, Ulrich
Tiger Kitty, was a full sister to Ulrich Kitten III, who
was a strong Indian Shuffler mare who was the "love of
my life" horse and started my quest and passion for the
Indian Shuffler gait. Fancy has produced
outstanding hunter/jumper champions. Her 2006
foal, Nemepo ChecotahSioux, looks a lot like her in
his color pattern (see him on our
Stallion page). Look at the nice long
gaskins and sturdy bone structure. In these
pictures she is 26 years old having been born 5/18/84.
She is enjoying her "retirement" years as a pet and
substitute mother for the younger horses.
